iGEs uses cookies and similar browser storage only for what the service needs. We do not use advertising cookies, social media pixels or analytics trackers. This notice supports our Privacy Policy under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).

1. What we store

  • Sign-in session (Cookie): Keeps you signed in and refreshes your session securely. Without it the app cannot work.
  • Inactivity lock and sign-out (Browser storage): Remembers your last activity so the screen locks after 5 minutes idle, and signs your other tabs out when you log out.
  • Theme (Browser storage): Remembers whether you chose the light or dark theme.
  • Sidebar, recent searches, product tour, iGEs AI chat (Browser storage): Remembers whether the sidebar is collapsed, your recent searches, whether you finished the tour, and your recent iGEs AI conversation, on this device.
  • Campaign link (UTM) (Session storage): Keeps the campaign parameters of the link you followed until you close the tab, so we know which link led to your sign-up. Used only with your sign-up.
  • PRC ID during sign-up (Browser database (IndexedDB)): Holds the PRC ID image you picked until your email is verified, so it can be uploaded after you log in. It is removed once uploaded.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile (Third party): The anti-bot check on sign-up may set its own technical cookie or storage to tell people from bots. It is not used for advertising.

2. Why there is no cookie banner

Everything above is needed to run the service you asked for or to remember a choice you made. If we ever add optional cookies, such as analytics or advertising, we will ask for your consent first and list them here.

3. Your choices

You can clear or block cookies and site data in your browser settings. If you block the sign-in cookie, you will not be able to log in, and clearing stored preferences resets your theme, sidebar and recent searches. Records saved in your firm's workspace are not affected.
