Data Privacy Notice

This notice is given under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) when you sign up for iGEs, join the waiting list, or request a demo.

What we collect

Your name, email, mobile number, firm name and type, PRC license number, business address and TIN, plus the campaign link you came from.

Why

To create and secure your account, set up your firm, contact you about your trial or demo, and — only with your separate consent — send product news.

Who sees it

The iGEs team and our hosting, email/SMS and payment providers, under contract. We never sell your data.

How long

For as long as your account is active, then only as long as the law requires (for example, tax records).

Your rights

You may access, correct, object to processing, request deletion or a copy of your data, withdraw consent, and complain to the National Privacy Commission. Contact our Data Protection Officer at iges.admin@gmail.com.
